Sarson Ka Saag

Clean, chop and wash sarson ke patte and palak. Add the greens, & all the spices mentioned and water in a cooker. Cook for 7-8 minutes.

Add the above mixture in a blender and blend/mix well till it has a smooth consistency. Add this puree like mix to a pan and simmer for 25 mins.

Take another pan, heat it and add the oil. Pour this puree + chopped onion to this pan and simmer for a while. Stir well. Garnish with some cream to give it a rich look!
