1 slicefish
1/4brinjal sliced
3flat beans
2-3pumpkin cube
1 tspnigella seeds
2slitted green chillies
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Steps

1

Marinate the fish well and shallow fry
2

Remove it and add nigella seeds and green chillies
3

Add chopped vegetables and saute well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
5

As the vegetables are soft add water and boil
6

Add fish and simmer till the fish is soft
7

Serve it with rice
