Ingredients

3 glasses
  1. 1 cupold-fashioned oats (about 90 grams)
  2. 1 cupwater (about 240 ml)
  3. 1/2 cupplain yogurt (about 120 grams)
  4. 1banana, sliced
  5. 1apple, peeled and chopped
  6. 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  7. 1 teaspoonhoney (only if you find it not sweet enough)

Steps

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

    If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water.

  3. 3

    Drink preferably half an hour before meals to help you feel full and eat less. You can also have it for breakfast to start your day with energy.
