Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf

Add ginger paste and saute well

Now add the Potatoes and saute along with salt and turmeric powder

Whisk the curd well adding salt and red chilli Powder

Pour this into the pan and saute well on low heat

Now add sugar and mix well

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
