Knead a soft dough with flour,salt, sugar and oil

Now heat oil in a pan add red chilli Powder,chat masala powder,peas paste and ginger paste saute well

Add coriander leaves paste and sattu mix well and switch off

Now divide the dough into small portion

Roll it into round shape add the filling

Fold and roll into round shape puri
- 7
Heat oil and deep fry the kachori
- 8
Serve it with dum aloo and chana dal
