Ingredients

  1. 2brinjals sliced
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 3green chillies
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and fry the brinjals

  2. 2

    Now remove it and add mustard seeds and green chilies in hot oil

  3. 3

    Whisk the curd well and add into the pan

  4. 4

    Add salt and sugar, simmer adding the brinjal

  5. 5

    Serve as a side dish
