Ingredients

4servings
  1. 1/4 kgminced beef
  2. 2carrots diced
  3. 1onion diced
  4. 2finely diced garlic
  5. 2 bunchfresh coriander finely chopped
  6. 3 tbscooking oil
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbstomato paste
  9. 1 1/2 cupbeef stock

Cooking Instructions

    Boil In a saucepan the minced beef with little water to soften beef.

    Until there is no more water, stir the minced beef slowly till completely dry then add cooking oil then onions.

    While still stirring add Diced garlic then tomato paste and salt.

  4. 4

    Lastly add the beef stock and let it simmer for afew minutes. Then add carrots and coriander.

    When ready remove from fire and serve.
