In frying pan fry beef with garlic, salt and pepper for about 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Add tomato paste and soy sauce for a few more minutes or until beef is half cooked

Transfer beef into the boiling beef broth.

In a frying pan cook onions until softened (I blend onions because I don’t like the texture). Transfer onions into the pot with beef.

Add all the remaining vegetables into the pot and boil on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Mix in flour and cook until vegetables and beef are of desired tenderness (I prefer ver soft, almost falling apart).
