Ingredients

8-10 hours
6 servings
  1. 2-3 lbsbeef cubes
  2. 28 oztomato sauce
  3. 15 ozdiced tomatoes
  4. 32 ozbeef stock
  5. 2beef bouillon cubes
  6. 1small yellow onion
  7. Fresh green beans
  8. Baby red potatoes
  9. 1 tbspblack pepper
  10. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  11. 2 tbsporegano

Steps

8-10 hours
  1. 1

    Combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef stock in crock pot with spices.

  2. 2

    Chop onion and potatoes into chunks and add to crock pot with green beans and beef cubes.

  3. 3

    Add 2 bouillon cubes and cook on low for at least 8 hours.
