  • Irish potatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Tumeric
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal the potatoes as you put in cold water

  2. 2

    Chop into chips shape and alrinse from water

  3. 3

    Add turmeric and mix well

  4. 4

    Heat the oil and add in the potatoes cook till ready

  5. 5

    Serve with kachumbari and tomato sauce
