Add milk, yeast, butter stir and put it in a warm place for 5-6 minutes.

In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients all together.

Put the milk mixture and the flour mixture all together. Knead the dough until it's no longer sticker to bowl

Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Set aside for 20minutes to rise and double

Turn the dough into a floured surface, roll with a rolling pin to 1 to 2 niches thickness, cut with a doughnut cutter

Set aside in a warm place let it rise again for 20 minutes

Heat oil in a deep fryer.fry until golden brown, drain the doughnut in a paper towel. Then allow it to cool slightly.

Mix condensed milk and powdered milk together

Then transfer the filling to piping bag, put the mouth into the hole of the doughnut and gently squeeze to fill
