My husband has been craving siomay for a few days, but I haven't had time to buy it. So, I thought of making siomay and found this perfect and amazing peanut sauce recipe on Cookpad.

Cooking Instructions

Fry the peanuts.

When they are half-cooked, add the garlic, bird's eye chilies, and curly red chilies. Fry until the peanuts are fully cooked.

Grind or blend the peanuts with the chilies and garlic.

Sauté with a little oil and add the kaffir lime leaves. Cook until it looks dry and the oil is absorbed.

Add water, palm sugar, and salt. Adjust the taste to your liking.

Cook until the water slightly reduces and the oil separates.
