Soak Rice and dal overnight grind it separately and mix well and keep aside for fermentation 6/8 hours mix salt now batter is ready.

Mash the potatoes Heat the oil in pan, add jeera, onions and other veggies of your choice.. Add potatoes and cook for five minutes

Now heat the oil in another pan.. Take 1 laddle of batter and spread it on pan.. Cook,now put masala and roll it

Enjoy with chutney and sambhar
