Steps

Leave the dal in water for 3-4 hours. Then, grind it in mixer. (note: - the texture of mixture of dal should be smooth)

Take a pan and add ghee in it and also add the grind dal. Cook it for 20-25 minutes at very low flame. Cook it till it doesn't leave ghee.

Take a pan and add chasani and khoya and mix it well. Then, add the daal in it.

Take a big plate and spread ghee on it. Then, spread on it. Cool it till it gives us a solid shape. Then, cut it in square shape.

Now, your moong daal barfi are ready to eat. Serve it with almonds and grated coconut.
