Ingredients

  • 200 ghard type Tofu (Momen Tofu)
  • 1/2 cupEdamame beans or any kind of bean
  • 3 tablespoonstarch(corn starch or any)
  • 1/2 teaspooncurry powder
  • 1/2salt

Steps

  1. 1

    This is hard type tofu. Salt Tofu. Wrap with kitchen paper and put some weight on it and drain.

    After drain more than 2 hours, dice the tofu.

    Mix starch, curry powder and salt in plastic bag. Put diced tofu in it.

    Shake the bag and powder tofu.

    Fry in 1cm deep vegetable oil till the color turn good color.
