  • Seasoned red pepper (optional)

    Peel off the sweet potatoes and wash.

    Sprinkle a little amount of salt and mix thoroughly.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry.

    Serve with sauce of choice or garnish with seasoned red pepper
