Cut broccoli florets into small pieces. Heat 1bsp butter in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic. Stir. Then add chopped onions and saute for a while. Then add the broccoli, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Stir and cover. Cook until the broccoli is soft.

In a saucepan heat butter and add the maida. Stir for 2mins. Then add the milk and whisk well till everything is combined together. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and add grated cheese. Remove from flame. Mix well. Bechemelsauce is ready.

Now add the boiled pasta and broccoli to the sauce and mix well. Cook for 2 mins. And the broccoli cheesy pasta is ready
