Boil 4 eggs. For easier peeling, poke a small hole in the narrow end of each egg with a pin before boiling to prevent cracking.

Cover the 1 cup (125 grams) of almonds with water and microwave for 3 minutes. Let them cool while you prepare the other ingredients.

Roast the two bell peppers over high heat on a griddle or skillet.

Add three eggs to the ground meat mixture.

Mix and knead well. Add 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon salt.

Peel the almonds.

Chop the almonds.

Once the bell pepper skins are charred, place them in a plastic bag (without holes) and cover with a towel.

Peel the boiled eggs and slice them.

Peel the bell peppers and chop them.

Slice the olives.

Spread a layer of the meat mixture in a baking dish, then add the almonds, olives, bell peppers, and sliced eggs on top.

Add another layer of meat to cover everything, like a sandwich. Make sure the meat doesn’t touch the edges of the baking dish so juices don’t spill out while baking.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the foil so the juices can evaporate and the top can brown.

Leave in the oven for another 10 minutes, then remove and slice.

Serve with salad and bread.
