Quarter mudu Beans
8largeSweet pepper
5large Hot pepper
3Onions
5Maggi
to tasteSalt
2tbsTomato purèe
Halflitre veg oil

Steps

1

Wash nd grind your beans with the peppers and onions

Add warm water to your maggi nd tomato puree nd mix well

Add to the beans paste nd mix well with half litre veg. oil and Cray fish
4

Put in polythene, then break your raw egg and put inside. Tie nd put in hot water to cook.
5

When done can be eaten like dat or serve with any side dish
