Wash the parts and marinate with seasoning cube, salt black pepper, turmeric and allow it to stay for 30minutes. Fry it with vegetables oil for some minutes and put in a colander.

Put some vegetable oil in sauce pan and add sliced onion, scotched bonnet, black pepper, turmeric, seasoning cubes and re fry the chicken parts, let the frying be the juicy type, add a little water and allow it to steam on a low flame.
