Steps

Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sprinkle mustard seeds,onion, and curry patta, saute for a minute.add the chopped vegetables along with grated coconut and chopped dhaniya and salt. and stir for a min.

Meanwhile mix suji and stir for sometime.add 1 or half cup of water over upma suji to avoid dryness. And cook for next five min.

Switch off the flame. And garnish it with fresh grated coconut.
