Dry roast black urad dal still nice aroma come.

Add cardamon while roasting urad dal

Grind it into coarse powder. Boil water in pressure cooker and add the urad dal powder and pressure cook for 3 whistle

Boil water in another pan and add jaggery to the water and dissolve it.strain to remove impurities.

After natural pressure release add strain jaggery water and coconut milk.

Once it come to boil add grated coconut, salt and dry ginger powder.

Mix and serve sweet urad dal porridge warm. #Reshkitchen
