Heat the oil in a pan.

Add garlic and fry just for 30 sec.

Then add the spring onions whites, carrots, capsicum and peas.

Saute just a min.

Now pour the sauces and vinegar.

Add the drained noodles, spring onion greens, pepper powder and salt.

Toss everything well and fry for about 1-2 min.

Serve Hakka Noodles hot.
