Chop the strawberries in small pieces

Now in a pan heat jaggery and keep stirring till it melts.

Once jaggery melts, add all the chopped strawberry pieces and stir, if the mixture sticks to the pan, little water can be added.

When strawberry pieces become soft, add the corn flakes and mix them with the mixture of melted jaggery and strawberry.

Meanwhile fold the foilpaper and then give it a shape of heart and grease it from inside. Keep it on a greased plate.

Now pour the hot mixture of corn flakes inside heart mould prepared using the foil.

Once it cools completely and set into beautiful heart shape, remove the foil paper, garnish it with cherries. Relish chilled Strawberry flavored Cornflakes Heart with your Valentine.
