Oatmeal Banana Bread
The perfect banana bread for breakfast. Keeps you full for longer.
Steps

Preheat oven to 180 and prepare pan.

In a bowl, whisk oil and sugar till well incorporated.

Add in eggs one by one and mix well.

Add in mashed bananas, vanilla and greek yoghurt. Whisk well to ensure all is incorporated.

Add in flour, oatmeal, baking powder and soda into wet ingredients and fold with spatula or wooden spoon.

Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle about 1 1/2 tbsp of oatmeal on the mixture.

Bake for 50 - 60mins. Enjoy!
