Funny thing: I hate auto correct! When I typed the title for this recipe it changed Bundt to Bunny and I almost didn’t notice! You will love this recipe if you have a good soft moist warm sweet tooth!
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk brown sugar and flour.

Add olive oil and honey and beat with an electric mixer.

Add eggs and beat again for 2 minutes

Add water and food coloring.

Mix for 6 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease bundt cake pan

Add banana and mix with a spoon add pecans and mix again

Pour into cake pan

Bake for 25-40 minutes (or about an hour)

Notes: my cake was done in 45 minutes but I also doubled this recipe. If you don’t want to add banana but still a fruit, then you can add something else! Nuts are optional, if you don’t want to add nuts, then don’t. If you want to add a different kind of nut, I wouldn’t recommend anything other than walnuts.
