  1. 1 handfulmoringa leaves
  2. 2medium size carrots
  3. 1jumbo pack indomie noodles
  4. 1medium size onion bulb
  5. 2scotch bonnet
  6. 1/8 tbspgarlic paste
  7. 1/2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cuts carrots

  2. 2

    Wash and grind onion and scotch bonnet,semi fry it and set aside

  3. 3

    Pluck,wash and cook moringa leaves

  4. 4

    Add noodles and cook until almost done

  5. 5

    Add semi fried onions and Scotch bonnet,carrots and garlic paste

  6. 6

    Add little water and seasonings and cook until soft,enjoy
