Combine all the cake ingredients until smoot

Pour into 2 tins equally and Bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean

Melt the milk chocolate and set aside to cool for 10 minutes
- 4
Mix the icing sugar and butter, then add other butter cream ingredients and the melted chocolate and combine
- 5
Spread generously and sandwich the 2 cakes together, then cover the cake in the remaining cream if desired.
