Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled white matar
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 spoonlemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonsoil
  • 2 spoonsgreen chutney
  • 2 spoonssweet chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a wok when heat add chopped onions and saute it.

  2. 2

    Add tomato puree and garlic paste and saute till leave the oil

  3. 3

    Add all spices and saute for 2 minute,add boiled matar and cook on low flame for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Transfer into a serving bowl,add both chutney and lemon juice.
