Ingredients

1-2 servings
  • 1/2 cupgrated beetroot
  • 1 cupdosa batter
  • 1/2 Tspjeera
  • 2green chillies
  • Oil
  • 2-3garlic pods
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    To a mixer, add grated beetroot, jeera green chillies and garlic and make a smooth paste without adding water.

    Add this paste to the dosa batter along with salt and mix well

    Spread the dosa batter on the tawa, add some oil,flip both sides and cook well

    Serve hot with chutney or pickle
