Ingredients

  • 6hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoonsmustard
  • Sliceswhite Italian bread
  • Pickles (sandwich slices) or olives (pitted)
  • Pepper (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Salt (about 1 tablespoon)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the eggs super small into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the mayonnaise and the mustard

  3. 3

    Mix

  4. 4

    Add the salt and pepper and mix again

  5. 5

    Spread on slices of white bread and top with pickles

  6. 6

    Enjoy!

  7. 7

    Notes: these sandwiches keep and are great for kids. You can use them as a school lunch or just a picnic snack! They are really amazing! I hope you love them!
