Ingredients

6hard boiled eggs
1/2 cupmayonnaise
3 teaspoonsmustard
Sliceswhite Italian bread
Pickles (sandwich slices) or olives (pitted)
Pepper (about 2 tablespoons)

Cut the eggs super small into a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise and the mustard

Mix

Add the salt and pepper and mix again

Spread on slices of white bread and top with pickles
