  • Ripe plantain
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • Rice
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice rinse and pour back in a boiling water add salt tp taste when is done put off the heat and put in butter the heat will dissolve it turn very well.

  2. 2

    Dice the plantain,set the frying pan on the heat pour in vegetable oil and fry the diced plantain till is golden brown.
