Slice the tomatoes, pepper and onions put vegetable oil on the fire when hot add the onion and stir add the tomatoes and pepper fry for awhile add salt and maggi.

Break and whisk the egg add a little salt then add it to d frying tomatoes and pepper. Flip over, till done.

Spread the bread put the fried eggs on it cover with another then pan fry on both sides, toasted bread is ready.
