Ingredients

  1. 2 cupSteamed Rice
  2. 1 pcChicken Thigh
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Bell Pepper
  5. ........................................................................................................
  6. 1 TbspOlive Oil
  7. 5 TbspKetchup
  8. Salt&Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the all ingredients, chicken, onion, bell pepper. (carrot and corn are good too.)

    Heat a pan and put in olive oil. Stir fry all the chopped ingredients with medium heat for a few minutes. And add salt&pepper.

    Add ketchup.

    Add steamed rice.

  5. 5

    Cook few more minutes.

  6. 6

    If you like, garnish it with a little Italian parsley. Serve and enjoy!

In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much!
