Cut the yam to pieces and peel. Wash and place in boiling water. Add salt

Wash the goat meat, put in a clean pot, add pepper, salt, cubes, ginger, garlic, peppersoup spice, onions. Cover the lid and allow to steam properly. Add little water, scent leaf. Leave it to boil for few minutes.

Drain out the water from the cooked yam. Pour the yam into the peppersoup and mix together. Serve as desired
