Ingredients

  1. 1 large Brinjal
  2. 1Onion (chopped)
  3. 2Green Chillies (chopped)
  4. Salt (as required)
  5. few Coriander leaves (chopped)
  6. 1Tamarind

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill brinjal on charcoal or direct gas flame, when all sides done. Peel off the skin and cut in cubes.
    In a bowl put all ingredients and mix well then add brinjal and toss.
