Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsBaby corn
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Carom seeds (optional)
  4. 2 tbspn(optional)Gram flour
  5. 1 cupCorn flour
  6. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  7. 1/2 tspnBlack pepper pwder
  8. 1/2 tspnGreen chilli paste
  9. 1 pinchBaking soda
  10. Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse baby corns and dry with. Clean kitchen towel. Cut in to long pieces.

    Sprinkle salt on it(or you can boil it in salted water for 2-3mins.) keep it a side.

  3. 3

    In a deep bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, gram flour, Salt, black pepper, green chilli paste and baking soda mix all ingredients well and make a batter (little thicker)

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan.Deep the baby corn in the batter and deep fry in low to medium flame so what baby corns cook perfectly.

  5. 5

    Serve it with ketchup or chutany.
