Ingredients

  • Kale Dish
  • 2 bundlesKale greens
  • 1/2 cupchopped sweet red, yellow, orange peppers and green onions
  • 1/2 cupchopped red onions and 1/4 of habernero pepper(if preferred)
  • 2table spoons of agave, sea salt
  • Pasta Dish
  • 1 boxKamut pasta
  • 1 cupchopped portabella mushrooms
  • 1/4 cupchopped green and red onions
  • 1/4 cupchopped red and green peppers
  • 1/2 cupChopped yellow squash
  • 1 teaspoonsea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of grape seed oil
  • Fried Oyster Mushrooms dish
  • 1/2of a large king oyster mushroom
  • Sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder and spelt flower (1/4 of habanero if preferred)
  • Add avocado slices to plate if you like😊

Steps

    Wash kale and chop into small pieces, lightly coat bottom of pot with grape seed oil. Sauté onions and peppers, add kale and 2 tablespoons of agave. Allow to cook at medium heat for approximately 30 min. stirring occasionally.

    Bring pot of water to a boil, add teaspoon of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon of grape seed oil. Pour in Kamut pasta. Take a sauce pan and sauté portabella mushrooms, onions and peppers. Take cooked pasta and add to sauce pan with veggies. Add chopped yellow squashand mix.

    Lightly rinse oyster mushrooms, season to your liking or use sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Coat with spelt flour and lightly fry in grape seed oil. Remove and place on top of paper towel plate to remove excess oil. (taste best when eaten hot/warm)

I’m an alkaline-base cook that uses none hybrid, none GMO, all Alkaline foods in which you can imagine how limited one can be. A hybrid substance could be a animal or a plant. This is created by combining two plants of different molecular structures or two animals of two different families. Alkaline none hybrid foods has a PH of 7.1 and above and none alkaline hybrid foods has a PH of 6.9 and below. This Low PH causes the body to be acidic and full of mucous, thereby creating dis-ease/diseases.
