Assemble all your ingredients

Roll out your pastry dough and cut into strips

Pin through, the stick, your sausage and make a cut on the sausage, from top to bottom at an angle, while rotating the stick

Fix in the thin strip of pastry dough through the cut and place on a greased oven tray, apply some egg wash generously and bake for 5 - 7 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
