  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil

  1. 1

    Wash the omena with warm water to remove bitterness

  2. 2

    Heat oil then fry till golden brown then add salt

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and onions and fry again

  4. 4

    Serve with Ugali
