Ingredients

  1. 2 small bowl suji
  2. 1/4 spoonpowder black pepper
  3. 1 small bowl curd and buttermilk
  4. 5red tomato mix in mixer
  5. 1green chilli
  6. Some coriander leaves
  7. 1 Small piece ginger
  8. 3-4 piecegarlic
  9. 1/4 spoon eachcoriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder
  10. Some small mustard
  11. 1/2 mustrad oil
  12. 1 spoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    For idli - mix well suji in a big bowl with black pepper,curd,buttermilk and salt leave it for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    After 15 minute.pour in idlli cooker and close it for 20 minutes in low heat..

  3. 3

    After 20 minute your idlli ready for eat

  4. 4

    For tomato chutney- take mustard oil..after heat oil mix in it small mustard

  5. 5

    Then add tomato chutney mix well and cook on low heat.

  6. 6

    Your dish ready for eat,idli and tomato chutney.
