Take a pan add ghee and heat it

When the ghee become hot add talmakhana and roast them for 3-4 minutes om medium flame untill they become crunchy

Take out all makhanas in a plate and cool them

After cooling crush them in a mixer jar.

Take a heavy bottom pan and add the milk.heat it and when the milk boil.cook it on medium flame for another ten minutes

After ten minutes it becomes thick then add condensed milk and stir.and then add crushed talmakhana and stir occasionally

Cook it for 5-6 minutes and then add cardamom powder and some chopped dry fruits now switch off the flame. take a bowl and pour the kheer in a bowl and garnish with some pistachio cashew and almond

Put the bowl in refrigerator for half hour. when it becomes cool serve it.
