  • 2baingan
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast baingan,peel it and mash it

  2. 2

    Heat oil add cumin,saute tomato and add all spices and cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Add baingan and mix well and serve with paratha and roti.
