First we make the gajar halwa....

As usually we make gajar halwa we follow the same procedure. First heat some ghee or oil in a pan add add grated gajar till soft add sugar and stir add milkmaid and stir till it became thick

Now we make the cake base

In a mixing bowl add icing sugar and oil and beat till it mix well now add seaved Atta, baking soda, baking powder, to it and mix in folding method... Add milk to make a smooth cake bater. Add little milk to the biscuits powder... But not like paste just make it little wet.

In a cake tin grease some oil dust some flour.... Spread the batter now spread the biscuits mixture.... Than a layer of gajar halwa...

Now spread evenly the tutifruti patt the tray for 2 to 3 times.

In the meantime preheat a kadhai by spreading some salt and keeping a stand in it.... For 10 mins now put the cake tin inside the kadhai and cover with a lid. Bake for 25 to 30 mns.

Cut into Yr desired shape

Decorate with some tutifruti
