If you are using frozen beans and peas, thaw them quickly by adding them to a warm pan and dry out extra moisture. Also get your mashed potato ready by this time.

Mash them roughly or blend them to a coarse texture in a food processor. Now add them boiled and mashed potato and all the other ingredients to the beans mixture.

Mix them well and shape them into patties.

Now chill them for atleast ten minutes to an hour depending on how much time you’ve got.

Shallow fry on a lightly greased pan and fill it in any bread and serve with sauces and salads. I served them with a sriracha mayo and a simple avocado salad and cream cheese!
