Grind the sandwich rolls and add the boiled potatoes and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix until you get a firm dough, then add the spices.

Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan, then add the ground beef and spices. Cook, stirring, until the meat's liquid evaporates. Add the cilantro, parsley, and pine nuts, then remove from heat.

Take a small amount of the dough, shape it into a ball, and make an indentation in the center. Place some filling inside, then seal and shape into kubba. Repeat until all the dough and filling are used. Place them in the freezer for a short time, then fry until golden. Enjoy!
