White rice/steamed veggies with chicken

Wash your rice thoroughly, pour into a pot and add some water and salt then turn on the heat.

Use a food and to dice your carrots

Dice other vegetables like fresh tomatoes, green peas and onions.

Place a pan on fire and add some vegetable oil. Allow to heat for a little while and then add the sliced onion, fresh tomatoes and shredded chicken. Allow it dry until the water dries up.

Then add the carrots, salt, pepper, seasoning cubes, curry powder, turmeric powder and finally the green peas. Stir and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes

Taste to ensure you've got the taste right. Turn out heat once you're ok.

Serve with white rice and any drink of choice
