This is a second night dinner. What I do is bake a HUGE bag of chicken thighs - have that for dinner with whatever that night, second night I shred the leftover baked chicken and cook these. Super quick, toasting is what takes the longest depends on how many you are making.

Ingredients

  1. Tortillas
  2. Shredded cheese
  3. Filling
  4. 2-3 cupsShredded chicken
  5. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  6. Packettaco seasoning
  7. Serving Suggestions
  8. Salsa
  9. Guacamole
  10. Avacado
  11. Sour cream
  12. Refried beans
  13. More Cheese
  14. Tomatoes
  15. Bed of lettuce
  16. Refried beans
  17. Black beans
  18. Spanish rice

Cooking Instructions

    In a skillet or pot, Mix the chicken, soup, and taco packet together let cook until heated.

  2. 2

    Fill half tortillas with mix, top with cheese, fold in half and toast in a buttered skillet on each side. Cut each into triangles and keep in a tortilla warmer until all are done.

    Serve with your choice of toppings/dips and sides. I have suggestions in the ingredients list.

But... could I use something other than cream of mushroom? Like maybe cream of chicken?
