Blend strawberry and sugar into a smooth puree

Now add milk, cornflour,salt to it and mix nicely so that no lumps should be there.

Cook this mixture in low flame starring continuously till the mixture thickens

Switch off the flame and add cream and vanilla essence. Pour in cups or glasses according to your choice

Set this for minimum 1 hr in fridge

Remove from the fridge and decorate with whipping cream and sliced strawberries. Serve chilled
