Creamy Strawberry Pudding

Blend strawberry and sugar into a smooth puree.

Then in this mixture add milk, cornflour, salt. Mix it smoothly. Be sure that no lumps should be there.

Pour this mixture into a pan and cook on low flame starring continuously for 5 mins or till the mixture thickens.

Switch off the flame and add cream, vanilla essence to this mixture. Mix it nicely. Pour in cups/glasses and let it set for 1hr in fridge.

Then remove from the fridge and decorate with whipping cream and sliced strawberries.

Serve chilled
